It seems like it was yesterday that the Pirates went on such a modest winning streak. That's over now and they've lost 2 series in a row to teams they should at least come out .500 against. The Brew Crew and the Reds just swept the Pirates on the road.
On the somewhat positive side...
The Legend hit number 18, a solo shot which also turns out to be the franchises 10,000 home run. Lots of guys behind those home runs. Who is the Pirates leader among those 10,000. It's not Garrett, but if he keeps up this pace he might end up high on the list.

Also, Neil Walker in his first start had his ups and downs.
Made some plays at 3rd, went o-4, made an error on a tough play.
